The house is located in a 10,400 m2 estate on one of the banks of the river Amarguillo, in the Toledan town of Urda.

The house has capacity for 20 people and is surrounded by fruit trees and a vegetable garden that provides fresh and natural fruit and vegetables all year round; in the farm we find chickens and rabbits.
It has a lounge dining room with wood fireplace and library, meeting room, garden with barbecue and wooden porches in a rustic style, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere, as well as a Jacuzzi, steam room and hydro massage shower.
It also offers pony trekking for the entertainment of the little ones.
