The first part of the building has four suites and a double room, and an apartment with 2 rooms with bathrooms, TV and central heating. All the accommodation is particularly beautiful and tastefully decorated and furnished. There are magnificent original paintings and bookshelves cover the walls between the wooden beams. A house of stone on the outside and a house of books within, to relive the golden age.
A great garden surrounds the building's East and South wings. Swimming pool, vegetable garden, parking, barbecue, trees and roses. And...a great stone bodega (wine cellar). Contemporary library with around 6,000 books. Music Librarywith around 10,000 old classics and contemporary works. Introductory workshops into artistic techniques, novels, self-help... Hunting opportunities in the land around the house and agricultural tasks to be performed.
