The Almadén Bull Ring, is a hexagonal building, with twenty-four two-storey apartments on the outside, with porches and ironwork balconies, which makes it a really unique urban complex.
The houses are rented, and the revenue generated, along with the money made from the Bullfights, was to be used for the building of the San Rafael Mining Hospital.
Some interesting private houses in the Calle Mayor, of two or three stories with porches and ironwork balconies.
It is currently undergoing a careful restoration, that is faithfully preserving the original structure, building characteristics and materials, which have made it into a magnificent hotel establishment. The building also houses the Tourist Board Office and other municipal premises.
