Today the southern and western portals are preserved, with brick-finished arches, whilst the highlight is the brick-covered masonry tower.
The remainder was rebuilt in the 17th century. Its great altar is of outstanding beauty.

The portico dating from the beginning of the 16th century on "Alcarrian capital pillar".

The interior consists of three naves with six sections separated by round arches on rows of Tuscan pilasters and an interesting alabaster pulpit; it also contains interesting tombs; the transept covered by egg-and-dart domes on pendentives and lintels, built in the 17th century.

Of great interest is the actual main altarpiece, work of the Franciscan architect Francisco Mir (1922), Classicist and Mannerist in style, painted and gilded by Lorenzo de Biana in 1625.
