The Alamín Tower
A short descriptive museum of the old walled city of Guadalajara, installed in the renovated tower that controlled the traffic across the bridge of the same name.

- In the Plaza del Bejanque there remains the only gate that originally guarded the entrance to the city centre, the Puerta de Bejanque. During our walk we shall also encounter the Torreón de Alvar Fáñez.

The interior of the 13th century Torreón del Alamín, has an exhibition on the history and evolution of the city walls.
Stretches of the wall that surrounded the city centre until the 19th century may be viewed from the nearby riverbank or that of the River Coquin.

- Open daily in the afternoons from 4pm to 7pm in winter and 5pm to 8pm in summer, Saturdays from 11am to 2pm.
