Probably erected in the 15th century, the Church of el Espíritu Santo is a rectangular building with five sections separated by flat topped and diaphragm arches.
The ceiling is a wooden shell of “par y nudillo” coffers painted with Mudejar style ornamental motifs.
At the base there is a wooden choir supported on a central column with cross pieces.
The entire interior is well harmonized and in keeping with the sober simplicity of the building.
On the outside, buttresses reinforce against the pressure of the interior arches. Between these and in the fourth section, from the chancel, there is a discrete doorway with a pointed arch with considerable moulding around the arch, and small corbels at the apex that also support an alfiz.
From the base there rises a solid tower with some embrasures in the shape of a cross over a circle.
The lower part houses the small Chapel of el Bautismo.
