Priory Convent of Santiago

The buildings of the Priory Convent of Santiago, located in the Cuencan town of Uclés, is one of the most important surviving building complexes in Spain. It is a veritable museum of Spanish architectural styles covering more than two hundred years, starting between 1529 and 1570, to the extent that the history of Uclés’ architects is like an unpublished history of architecture in Spain.
