The Caudete Watercolour Museum begins with an anthological collection of the works of Rafael Requena, who created the idea and to whom the Museum is dedicated.
The paintings exhibited reflect the Rafael Requena’s pictorial trajectory, with a collection made up of around 75 watercolours, with one off themes or series, principally of landscapes with wide plains, rural scenes, seascapes, mountains. It is impossible to miss the allusions to Caudete, the city of his birth and with which he has always maintained close contact.
