The museum’s Fine Art collection includes collections of painting, sculpture and decorative arts. The most interesting pieces are:

- In sculpture, Doña Aldonza de Mendoza’s gothic sepulchre, by the Duchess de Arjona, in 1435, decorated with alabaster vegetable motifs and noble coats of arms, or Luisa Roldán’s sculptures.

- In painting, there are canvasses by important masters such as Alonso Cano, Carreño de Miranda, Alonso del Arco and Patricio Cajés, or around fifty paintings of the Hispanic-Flemish school.

- In the Archaeology collection we can see jewellery and numismatics from the Recópolis archaeological findings, and the 93 gold coins of the Tesorillo de Aranzueque.
