The Park comprises several buildings:
- Building A, the Basilica: that reminisces palaces, and was possibly a public building subsequently converted into a religious building.
- Building B, the Nyphaeum: a small temple that has been identified as a possible Nyphaeum that may have been a fountain,
- Building C is the Materno Villa: a mansion that was used as a dwelling and, finally, on the left bank of the river, there are other monuments, such as mill squares, hydraulic structures and part of what was possibly a second villa.

The late Roman villas were a kind of rural dwelling devoted to farming purposes, that owners used as a place for retirement and holidays.

There are various types of constructions offering all the necessary commodities for everyday life:
- pars urbana, the dwelling of the owner comprising luxury rooms paved with mosaics, decorated with paintings and heated;
- pars rustica, kitchens, parlours and servants’ quarters, rooms which provided services for those resident in the villa;
- pars fructuaria: stables, barns, pens, ponds, cellars and allotments, and areas devoted to production and storage.
