How to get there: Road transport

It is the initiative of two brothers, Antonio and Ignacio Barco and is the continuation of a family tradition which goes back to their father, Darío Barco, who was owner of a bodega or winery in Miguelturra until 1995. Today there are 130 hectares of vineyards divided into 25 small areas which receive individual attention and treatment depending on the characteristics of the grape variety grown there: Tempranillo, Garnacha, Graciano, Merlot, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot among the reds, and Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Macabeo among the whites.

The current project began in 2000 and has a global character which goes far beyond the mere production of quality wines, as the bodega does not just comprise its own vineyard and a magnificent bodega for the production and ageing of wines, but also extends into the field of wine-tourism with a restaurant and a luxury hotel.
