Ribera del Jucar.

Management, from the grape to the bottle, passing through all of the processes that are carried out (transfers, placement in casks, coupages, etc.), is controlled by the certification companies, the physical-chemical analysis is carried out at approved laboratories and the organoleptic analysis (tasting), is carried out by a external tasting panel, this being the Castile La Mancha Wine Institute, which classifies the batches based on these reports.

The "Ribera del Jucar" Guarantee of Origin, is the first guarantee of origin that fulfils all of the requirements of the Law on Wine from Castile La Mancha and the National Law on Vineyards and Wine in Spain.

The varieties of grape that are included in the guarantee are all red: Cencibel or Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah and Bobal.
42% of the varieties are more than 20 years old. Also, the average age of the vineyard ensures a good relation between production and the quality of grapes.

Using these grapes, three types of wine are prepared: young wine, traditional wine and aged wine.
