Alpera
Alpera is known for its cave paintings of Levantine art declared World Heritage and located in the Cueva de la Vieja.

Alpera is a small located in the Corridor of Almansa, in the province of Albacete
Alpera features the Cave Paintings of the 'Cueva de la Vieja' and the 'Cueva del Queso', two caves harbouring of the most representative collections of Levantine cave art, with a number of representations of human figures, animals, hunting scenes and abstract forms, which are declared a Historic and Artistic Monument belonging to the World Heritage.
In Alpera one can also visit the Church of Santa Marina and the Hermitage of San Roque.
It also conserves the Pocico de la Nieve, which was formerly dedicated to manufacturing ice.
