- How to get there
- Road transport
The Minateda Cave Paintings, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and el Tolmo de Minateda (the great rock of Minateda), declared an Archaeological Park, are found in Hellín.
Nearby Hellín we can visit the Cancarix Volcano, which has been declared a Natural Monument. For the enjoyment of surprising nature spots look no further than the Camarillas, Talave and Cenajo Marshes and the Mundo and Segura Rivers that bathe its municipal limits.
But if Hellín has gained international fame for one thing it is for its Semana Santa (Holy Week leading up to Easter Sunday) and its famous Drum Festivals, considered to be of National Touristic Interest. A walk around the historic quarter is of particular interest to travellers.
