In the town, and within the town centre, we can highlight the Martínez Falero house and palace, an 18th-Century building, built between party walls, with an L-shaped plant, a back courtyard and garden and a totally whitewashed portico. In the square we find the Parochial Church of San Pedro, a 16th-17th Century building, with a nave with a three-sided abside.
In the surroundings of the town, in the Cerro Cabeza del Griego (Greek Head Hill) we find the Ermita del Cerro (Hermitage of the Hill, also known as “Ermita de la Virgen de los Remedios” or Hermitage of the Virgin of the Remedies), built in the 16th Century and isolated on the hill-side.
The castle and palace of Saelices, also known as El Castillejo, is entirely in ruins and only the walls are standing. This fortress has a square plant with an entry bulwark, plus six turrets and an additional turret attached to the north façade.
