It can only be reached by road. From Madrid: Take the N-II to Alcolea del Pinar, a town located almost on the province's border. Once you have taken exit 135, travel along the N-211 which leads directly to Molina de Aragón.

The city of Molina de Aragón is one of the most interesting urban developments in Guadalajara, and it is not surprising that it has been awarded the title of Historical Artistic Site. Located in the northeast of the province, it is also the capital of the Domain of Molina, a territory covering a surface of 3,000 square kilometres.

Its status as border town has left its reflection in the military and civil architecture in Molina, with its castles being the most characteristic monuments in the village.
