This restaurant offers a myriad of house specialties.
Among the soups and broths on offer, you can enjoy typical dishes such as Cocido (Stew), Potaje de rellenos con bacalao (Vegetable Stew with Cod Stuffing), Lentil Stew, Ajoaceite con manitas (Garlic and Olive Oil Sauce with Pig’s Trotters) and La Mancha-style Gazpacho.
Among the fish: Monkfish with Light Cheese Cream in Butter Sauce with Toasted Pine Nuts, Line-Caught Hake in Orange and Honey sauce and Turbot Loin with Minced Chorizo (Iberian pork-sausage) and Black Olives.
