Outstanding dishes á la carte include fresh, marinated fish, from fish markets all over Spain, prepared in the traditional style; the meats from local species and red meat. You will also be able to find a large variety of regional dishes such as Pisto Manchego (La Mancha-style Ratatouille), Asadillo de Pimiento (Oven-Roasted Red Pepper), Grasspea Porridge, La Mancha-style Migas (Fried Breadcrumbs), masterfully prepared winter dishes and cold creams and salads in the summer prepared with the freshest fruits and vegetables.

Its wine-cellar includes 150 references, the local wines being of particular note, not to mention the principle wines with Denomination of Origin in Spain.
